1. Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise. These definitions are provided to ensure clarity and to prevent ambiguity in the interpretation of these terms across all platform interactions.

"Platform" or "jazbaz"

Refers to the online casino and sports betting service operated under the jazbaz brand, accessible via jazbaz.com and any associated mobile applications or partner interfaces.

"Player" or "You"

Refers to any individual who has registered, or is seeking to register, an account on the jazbaz platform for the purpose of accessing gaming or betting services.

"Account"

Refers to the individual player account created upon successful registration on the jazbaz platform, which holds the player's personal details, wallet balance, betting history, and account preferences.

"Wallet" or "Account Balance"

Refers to the BDT-denominated credit balance held within a player's jazbaz account, available for wagering and subject to withdrawal upon meeting applicable conditions.

"Bonus Funds"

Refers to non-withdrawable promotional credits added to a player's account under specific promotional terms. Bonus funds are distinct from real-money balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.

"Wagering Requirement"

Refers to the minimum total value of bets that must be placed using bonus funds before associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 20x) of the bonus amount.

"KYC"

Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process that jazbaz may require players to complete. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued photo identification and proof of address or mobile payment account ownership.

"BDT"

Bangladeshi Taka — the official currency of Bangladesh. All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bonus amounts, and betting stakes on jazbaz are denominated in BDT (৳).

"Restricted Activity"

Any action that violates these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to fraudulent play, collusion, use of automated betting software, multi-accounting, or any form of abuse of the bonus system.

References to "these Terms" or "this Agreement" include all supplementary policies published on the jazbaz platform, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules that may be published from time to time.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on the jazbaz platform, a player must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Age verification documents may be requested at any time.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, bots, and automated agents may not register player accounts.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by local law applicable to you personally.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, whether through jazbaz or through any recognised third-party responsible gaming programme.
• You must not have a previously suspended or permanently closed jazbaz account, unless reinstatement has been formally approved by the jazbaz compliance team.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under legal guardianship or subject to court orders restricting financial decisions are not eligible.

jazbaz reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any stage of the player relationship — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any point where account activity raises compliance concerns. Accounts where verification cannot be completed satisfactorily will be suspended pending further review, and any balance held will be subject to a hold until the matter is resolved.

Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the jazbaz platform complies with any laws applicable to them in their place of residence. jazbaz does not provide legal advice and makes no representation regarding the legality of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction beyond what is stated in these terms.

3. Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Registration Process

Each player may hold only one registered account on the jazbaz platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, the same device, the same IP address, the same mobile payment number, or using variations of personal details — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended, all balances being forfeited, and the player being permanently banned from the platform.

During registration, players are required to provide accurate and complete personal information including full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. This information must match the identity documents and payment methods associated with the account. Providing false information at registration is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud under applicable law.

3.2 Account Security

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login credentials. jazbaz will never ask for a player's password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If a player suspects that their account has been accessed without authorisation, they must notify jazbaz support immediately at support@jazbaz.com.

Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available to all jazbaz account holders and is strongly recommended. jazbaz will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable security precautions or has shared their credentials with a third party.

3.3 KYC Verification

jazbaz operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. Players may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• National Identity Card (NID) or valid passport
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or mobile banking statement dated within 90 days)
• Screenshot or confirmation of the mobile payment account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) used for deposits

KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal exceeding ৳10,000 is processed, and jazbaz reserves the right to require it at lower thresholds or at any time. Withdrawals will be held pending successful KYC completion. Players who do not complete KYC within 30 days of a request may have their account restricted.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Deposits

All deposits to a jazbaz account must be made using a payment method registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to a person other than the account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of the account and forfeiture of the deposited amount pending investigation.

Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank direct transfer, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Visa/Mastercard. All transactions are processed in BDT with no conversion markup applied by jazbaz. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Processing times vary by method but mobile banking deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited within 60 seconds.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment account registered in the player's name and matching the method used for deposits where applicable. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. jazbaz aims to process all verified withdrawal requests within 24 hours; mobile banking withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket accounts are typically processed faster.

jazbaz reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks to withdrawal requests that are unusually large, that follow an atypical pattern, or that relate to accounts that have not completed KYC. During such review periods, withdrawals will be placed in a pending queue and the player will be notified by email.

4.3 Currency and Fees

All account balances, stakes, payouts, and bonus amounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). jazbaz does not charge a deposit or withdrawal fee for standard transactions. However, players should be aware that their bank or mobile payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, which are outside jazbaz's control.

4.4 Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through a bank or payment provider without first contacting jazbaz support constitutes a breach of these Terms. jazbaz will contest any chargeback where the deposit was legitimately received and used for gameplay. Players who initiate fraudulent chargebacks will have their accounts permanently closed and may be reported to relevant fraud prevention bodies.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jazbaz offers a variety of promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and the T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific conditions published at the time of the offer.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 of qualifying bets to be placed before the bonus-derived balance becomes withdrawable.

• Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games 10%–20%, and sports bets contribute based on the odds at time of placement.
• Bets placed with bonus funds at odds below 1.50 (decimal) may not contribute toward wagering requirements.
• Bonus funds and associated wagering progress expire if not completed within the timeframe stated in the promotion terms (typically 7–30 days).
• jazbaz reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and void associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: matched betting, low-risk hedging strategies, or exploitation of system errors.

5.2 One Bonus Per Player

Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per payment account. Players found to be operating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses will have all accounts closed and all balances forfeited.

5.3 Promotion Availability

All promotions are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or modified at any time by jazbaz. Promotions are valid for the dates and player segments specified in the relevant promotion page. jazbaz reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its sole discretion, particularly where the player's betting pattern suggests the primary intent is to exploit a bonus rather than engage in genuine recreational play.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on jazbaz are subject to these general betting rules as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules published within the relevant product section. By placing a bet, the player confirms acceptance of all applicable rules in force at the time the bet is placed.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

jazbaz reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including bets from players whose historical betting patterns suggest professional or systematically profitable approaches that fall outside the bounds of recreational play. Bet limits are published within each sport or game market and may be adjusted without prior notice.

6.2 Obvious Errors

In the event that a price, odds, or game outcome is published as a result of an obvious error (including but not limited to a technical fault, data feed error, or human keying error), jazbaz reserves the right to void all bets placed at the erroneous price and to refund stakes to the player's account balance. "Obvious error" is defined as a price or outcome that a reasonable person would recognise as manifestly incorrect given the prevailing market conditions.

6.3 Abandoned and Postponed Events

For sports betting: if a match or event is abandoned before the minimum completion threshold required for settlement (typically 90 minutes for football, completion of 20 overs per innings for cricket limited overs formats, or as stated in sport-specific rules), all bets will be voided and stakes returned unless a specific result has already been determined for a particular market.

6.4 Responsible Betting Limits

Players are encouraged to use jazbaz's built-in deposit limits and stake limits to manage their gambling activity. Setting responsible limits does not affect the validity of bets placed within those limits. Players who wish to set account-level restrictions should contact the jazbaz support team or access the responsible gaming settings within their account dashboard.

7. Prohibited Conduct & Fraud Prevention

jazbaz maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward fraudulent activity, manipulation, and any conduct that undermines the integrity of the platform or harms other players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Operating more than one jazbaz account under any circumstances.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market, including in live dealer table games or sports betting pools.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with games.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional terms through matched betting, arbitrage strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus structures, or any coordinated bonus-claiming scheme.
• Money laundering: Using the jazbaz platform as a conduit to deposit, move, or withdraw funds for any purpose other than genuine recreational gaming.
• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or impersonating another person.
• Exploitation of errors: Knowingly placing bets on obviously incorrect odds or exploiting a technical error in the platform in order to generate guaranteed profit.
• Harassment: Using the jazbaz platform, live chat, or any associated communication channel to harass, threaten, or abuse staff or other players.

jazbaz employs fraud detection systems that monitor account activity, betting patterns, device fingerprints, and payment behaviour. Players whose accounts are flagged for investigation will have withdrawals held pending review. jazbaz's determination regarding prohibited conduct is final and binding, subject to the complaints process outlined in these terms.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Voluntary Closure

Any player may request the voluntary closure of their jazbaz account at any time by contacting the support team at support@jazbaz.com. Upon receipt of a voluntary closure request, jazbaz will process any eligible remaining balance to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to KYC completion. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

8.2 Responsible Gaming Closure

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — should indicate this explicitly when contacting support. Responsible gaming closures are treated with the highest priority. Once a responsible gaming self-exclusion is applied, it cannot be reversed for a minimum cooling-off period of 6 months. All marketing communications from jazbaz to the player will be suspended immediately upon application of a self-exclusion.

8.3 Closure by jazbaz

jazbaz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct
• Discovery that the player does not meet the eligibility criteria at the time of registration or on an ongoing basis
• Account inactivity exceeding 24 consecutive months
• Legal or regulatory requirement to close the account

Where a jazbaz-initiated closure results in a real-money balance being held in the account, that balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, unless the closure is a result of fraud or prohibited conduct, in which case the balance may be held pending investigation or legal proceedings.

8.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login has occurred for a continuous period of 24 months. jazbaz will notify the player by email prior to any inactivity processing. An administrative fee of ৳150 per month may be applied to dormant accounts after the 24-month inactivity threshold to cover administrative costs. The remaining balance will be returned to the player upon verified account reactivation request at any time.
